Do you offer support in getting Russian visa?

Yes, we support foreign citizens in getting Russian entry visa. You can view detailed information and the necessary form in the Visa Support section (find the interactive link Visa Support); you can download the form there.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

To ensure our guests comfort, smoking is prohibited in the rooms.

Can I use the Internet in the hotel?

Yes, we offer free wireless connection at the hotel. You will get pass codes for the number of devices you need during check-in. Also you can use the computers in the lobby and in the attic to access the Internet free of charge.

Whats the check-out time in the hotel? Is there early check-in or late check-out?

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you provide transfer from airports and railway stations? Where do you meet me and how does this service run?

Yes, well be glad to meet you at the airport or railway station. At the airport our drivers meet you in the arrival hall with a Rossi Hotel sign. At railway stations they meet you at the entrance to the platform. For details on transfer cost and organisation, please, contact our reception and accomodation service.

Can I rent a car?

Yes, you can rent a car with a driver from us. The hotel fleet contains business-class cars, as well as minibuses for small groups. You can find out about rental costs in our reception and accomodation service.

Is there a parking space? What does it cost and do I have to book it in advance?

Yes, we can offer you parking spots in front of the hotel. It is free of charge. If youre going to need a spot for your car, we need to know the make and number of your car in advance.

Do you accommodate pets?

Yes, in some rooms accomodation with pets is possible. You can find out costs and conditions in our reception and accomodation service.

Is there an exchange office at the hotel?

We have an ATM with currency exchange function.

Can you book museum (theatre, plane, railway) tickets for me?

Of course, well be glad to assist you in organizing your free time in the city, including ticket booking and delivery, booking tables in restaurants etc. We can arrange everything beforehand or after you arrive. For any details please contact our reception and accomodation service.

Whats breakfast time at the hotel?

Our restaurant offers buffet service daily, 07:30 through 11:00 am on workdays and till 12:00 am at the weekends. You can find detailed information in the Restaurant section.

Can I order breakfast to my room?

Room service is provided 24/7. Well be glad to serve you breakfast, lunch or dinner upon request.

Do you accept travel cheques as payment?

Unfortunately we do not accept travel cheques.

Is there an option of buying interior objects from the hotel?

At the Rossi Hotel you can buy almost any object of the interior. You can find out about the cost of items at the reception.
Available objects include:
- branded dressing-gowns and towels;
- Bvlgari beauty care sets;
- bed linen;
- exclusive tea sets (Imperial porcelain, porcelain electric kettle with Gzhel painting);
- postcards with Rossi Hotel views;
- umbrellas;
- Rossi chocolates;
- Paintings*.

*Attention: paintings at the hotel are originals, so you will have to register your purchase, which can take 1-2 days.

All accomodation and service costs must be paid in rubles. Euros, dollars or other currencies are not accepted.
